Maternity problems, OOHs, should be referred to Prince Charles Hospital. 20+ weeks with a non-obstetric condition who are unwell/stable will be referred into PCH, unstable will be stabilised and referred into PCH once stable. 13 to 19 weeks and 6 days with heavy bleeding or abdominal pain in hours will be referred into the GAU, and OOHs will be referred into PCH if clinical concern. Light bleeding with no pain will be referred into GAU in hours, or OOHs arrange to be seen next working day if not
